Order Processing & Shipping
Processing Time: Please allow 4–5 business days for order processing before shipping.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days via FedEx, UPS, or Purolator.
Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature to ensure secure receipt of your package.
Business Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

Note: Billing and shipping addresses must match to avoid order delays.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, a reshipping fee will be required to send it out again.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is in the hands of FedEx, UPS, or Purolator, Beauty By Chy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please contact the courier directly with your tracking number for any delivery issues.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our luxury hair products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
